Letter to P.P. Nolle, 1856 December 18.

[Dr.?] Wallace, of Fredericksburg, Va., writes to Nolle concerning Nolle's wife who suffers from a prolapsed uterus. He discusses his own wife's similar condition and the treatment recommended by Philadelphia obstetricians William P. Dewees and Hugh L. Hodge.
